Warranty
KeyBloom products include the warranty period shown on the product listing, with a minimum standard warranty of twelve months against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid exposure, unauthorised modification, normal wear, or damage caused by incompatible power sources. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Returns
You may request a return within seven days of delivery when an item is unused, complete, and in its original packaging. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items should be reported within forty-eight hours of delivery with clear photographs. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Delivery charges may be non-refundable for preference-based returns.
Delivery
We deliver to serviceable Indian PIN codes. Estimated delivery dates are guidance, not guarantees, and may change because of weather, public holidays, carrier disruption, or remote-area routing. Inspect the parcel before accepting visibly damaged packaging where possible. Ownership and risk pass to you upon confirmed delivery.

For warranty, return, or delivery help, email support@keybloom.pro with your order reference and a short description. Support operates Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00 IST. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days.

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Product colours may vary slightly by screen. These terms are governed by applicable laws of India and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
